Manmohan Ganesh is a driven and experienced professional with extensive knowledge in business management, employee relations, corporate communications, retail business management, marketing, and business development. With a proven track record in managing challenges during start-up and organizational growth phases, he excels in expectation management and communication with a wide range of stakeholders. His expertise includes brand and corporate identity management, having successfully built PRO FX into a nationwide AV and Automation retail and distribution destination.

Since 2006, as the Founder/Director of PRO FX Tech Limited, Manmohan created India’s first multi-brand retail network for premium AV and led the organization through a successful transition to multi-segment AV and Automation solutions. He also established benchmark standards in customer satisfaction and aligned infrastructure with key technology domains for future growth. His earlier experiences include, being Chief Operating Officer at BPL Limited and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Radio Indigo.

Manmohan has over 32 years of work experience and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Christ College, Bangalore.

Proficient in STATA, MS Office Suite, and Japanese, she has made significant impacts in various roles: as an Impact Research Consultant at One Young World, coordinating research at Mann Deshi Foundation, evaluating NGOs for Global Giving in Japan, and developing micro-insurance at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. Currently a Non-Executive Director at PRO FX Tech Limited. and co-founder of the SOAS Feminist Economics Network, Shreya holds an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in Business Economics from Cardiff University, with academic credentials from the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination.

Alokeshwar Sen (Alok) is an angel investor and mentor specializing in consumer-facing, technology-focused startups. With over 35 years of experience, he has advised companies like Amazon and Flipkart on post-sales processes, creating technical support networks, CRM platforms, supply chain solutions, and training systems. He co-founded Jeeves Consumer Services, significantly scaling it nationwide before its acquisition by Flipkart in 2016, contributing to Flipkart's market leadership. Alok has also held key marketing roles at BPL Limited, launching pioneering products like Frost Free refrigerators in India. He is a member of the Investment Committee of StartupXseed Ventures and holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from MS University, Baroda.
