The GCL Gain Comparator Limiting system operates transparently, stepping in only when distortion or excessive current conditions are detected, protecting loudspeakers without any audible impact on the audio signal. A built-in 100 Hz Linkwitz-Riley crossover filter tuned for subwoofer applications and a 40 Hz low cut filter both feature per-channel switching, and 1/4" daisy chain outputs keep multi-amplifier system expansion clean and simple. Stereo and bridged mono operation via a front panel mode selector, XLR / 1/4" combo inputs, Twist Lock outputs, and a two speed DC fan round out a high output professional amplifier that is ready for demanding applications straight out of the box.
